Lower Body - Swiss Ball Single Leg Abduction
 

Need lateral speed and agility? Don't forget to train those abductors! Here's a creative exercise that will help!


  

Lie on back legs at 45 degrees in front. Place the ball between one leg and the wall. Exhale, and squeeze the ball. Hold 2 to 3 seconds. Inhale, relax the legs. Repeat.
