Supine Swiss Ball Isometric Adduction
 

Train those often neglected adductors with the Isometric Adduction!


  
 

Lie on back legs at 45 degrees in front. Place the ball between the knee and thigh. Exhale, and squeeze the ball. Hold 2 to 3 seconds. Inhale, relax the legs. Repeat.
