Push-up on Balance Board

BODY REGION: Chest

FOCUS: Balance,Core,General

Muscle Group: Pectoralis Major, Anterior Deltoid, Triceps

POSITION:

1. Assume a push-up position with hands placed outside shoulders on extreme board.
2. Draw belly button in and keep neck and low back neutral.

MOVEMENT:

1. Lower body till shoulders just sink past the elbows.
2. Keep the extreme board as straight as possible.
3. Push-up to start.

TIPS:

    Don't let the spine arch. Breathe out on up phase.
