Core - CHEK Bridge Level I
All athletes need a strong core - period! This level 1 bridge exercise is a great start to getting it!
TITLE: CHEK Bridge Level 1
BODY REGION: Abdominals
Muscle Group: Core
1. Start in a push up position with feet elevated on the bench.
1. Raise one arm out to the front.
Keep good alignment
Due to the high Core and Balance demands of this exercise do not start
your client with alot of Repetition s initially.
Observe for loss of Neutral Spine or protrusion of the belly button
indicating loss of deep abdominal wall activation.
