Core - Medicine Ball Sit-up Passes

BODY REGION: Abdominals

FOCUS: Core,Plyometrics

Muscle Group: Rectus Abdominis, External Obliques, Internal Obliques, Iliopsoas


1. Sit across from your partner with legs straight or knees slightly bent with feet facing each other.
2. Medicine ball should be in hands.
1. Sit up and pass the ball to partner.
2. When receiving ball, catch it, decelerate it, and then explosively sit up and pass back.


    Be sure to throw the ball on the way up not when you get to the top.
