Lateral Box Step Up
 

Why use weights when you can strengthen your legs with this body weight exercise. It's a favorite of many pro strength coaches and is great to build lower body balance!


  

Stand to the right of the bench. Place your left leg on the bench and push up until your left leg is straight. Hold for desired time and lower your right leg to the floor then repeat. Then perform the exercise with the other leg for the desired reps.
