The Grasshopper: A total body exercise!
 

What is the 'Grasshopper'? An excellent conditioning exercise that also works your core strength and stability. An entire team can perform this exercise as a dynamic warmup or conditioning drill.

Cardiovascular.

Tempo
The speed should be fast as long as the form is accurate.

Breathing Pattern
Breathe IN and OUT rhythmically as you would during any cardiovascular activity.

Starting Position
Kneeling on hands and feet.

Movement
Swing your right leg through your body and touch your left hand with it. Immediately switch and swing your left leg through to touch your right hand. Keep alternating.
