1. Core Stability Exercises.  Exercises currently prescribed for Sunday and Wednesday sessions.  Some of the exercises are hyperlinked to descriptions and photos of the exercise.  More will be coming.

2. Static Stretches.  This is a large Word document and takes a while to download.

3. Strength Exercises.  A collection of Swiss Ball, Lower Abdominal Exercises and other.  The file is several megabytes, so be patient.
